🛵 Electric Scooter Returns

  • You may return any unused Aventura-X Electric Scooter within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • A scooter is considered unused if it has not been ridden and shows no signs of operational use.

  • Used scooters returned in working condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Refunds are issued after the scooter is received, inspected, and confirmed eligible for return.


⚠️ Defective or Non-Operational Scooters

  • If your scooter arrives with a functional defect (e.g., battery, motor, or electronic issue), we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Cosmetic blemishes that do not impact performance (e.g., minor scuffs) do not qualify as defects.

🔧 Parts & Accessories Returns

  • All parts and accessories are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all parts returns.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Electronic components (e.g., batteries, controllers, displays) must not have been connected or powered.
  • Used or installed parts are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
  • All returns must be authorized in advance and received in resellable condition.

📦 Return Instructions

  • All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing support@aventura-x.com.

  • Scooters must be shipped in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective scooters and must insure the return for its full value.

  • Aventura-X is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments unless the scooter was defective upon delivery.


🚚 Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or arrives damaged in transit.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Scooters that have been used and are no longer in working condition

  • Accessories, additions, and replacement parts

  • Registration-related documents and services (non-refundable after 24 hours of submission)


Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Payment is collected at the time of order placement.

  • To cancel a pre-order or backorder, contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.

  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Orders may ship before tracking is issued. If cancellation is needed, we will attempt to recall the shipment or help coordinate a return.
