In order to process a return, please email us at email@example.com for pre-authorization. Unused Aventura-X Electric Scooters may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Aventura-X does not accept any returns on scooters that have been ridden or used. Customer is solely responsible for returning the item in its original packaging, unused to the mutually agreeable return location determined when you process the return. Customer is solely responsible for all shipping and handling charges and will be charged a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of the item. We will not issue the return until the item is in possession of Aventura-X. All additions, accessories, and/or parts are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Instructions
Customer is responsible to insure shipment for full value of purchase and use original packaging. Aventura-X is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Customer agrees to thoroughly and carefully inspect all goods and shipping papers upon delivery. No claim for shortage or damaged goods will be valid or enforceable against us unless Customer complies with Aventura-X policy on returns and exchanges. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
Your debit or credit card will be charged immediately for all pre-orders or backorders, regardless of when your item ships. Cancellation requests for out of stock bike orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Cancellation requests submitted after the first 24 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note our automated shipping process sends orders to our distribution centers to process without delay. Your order may ship before you receive tracking information. If you wish to cancel, we can recall your order or refuse the shipment at delivery.
