Limited 1-Year Warranty
At Aventura-X, we stand behind the quality of our scooters. All Aventura-X Electric Mopeds are covered under a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of original purchase.
🛵 What’s Covered
We warrant that the following components will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for 12 months from the invoice date:

Chassis / frame
-
Electric motor
-
Lithium battery
If a defect arises, Aventura-X will, at its discretion:

Repair the product at no cost, or
-
Replace the defective component with a new or refurbished one of equal value
Shipping and handling for valid warranty repairs will be covered by Aventura-X.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Commercial, rental, or competition use
-
Improper or lack of maintenance
-
Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or water exposure

Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)

Damage during customer assembly or service
-
Previously used or display units
-
Any dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase is required (invoice showing date, model, and serial number).

All claims must be filed through the original retailer of the product, who will contact us for service.

Warranty service will not be provided directly to consumers without retailer involvement.

This warranty is provided in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Aventura-X disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Some states or jurisdictions may not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, these limitations may not apply to you.
